Please Note: The app needs to be downloaded and installed on the target device.

Installation Guide

Follow the steps listed below to install ONEMONITAR on your target phone. Please note, the steps are universal for most Android phones, however if you don’t find the same settings, try similar options with different names.

Step 1. Before installing ONEMONITAR

1. Open Google Play & Click on Disable Play Protect & Click on icon

Step 2. ONEMONITAR Installation

To download the you have to login to control panel and then install the app after installing the app you will get icon as shown in next step (screenshot).

You can skip step no 8.4 & 8.5 if you have done pre installation steps.

6. Open app by clicking on the icon.

9. After doing all the setting enter your email, password and then click on any of the below button as per your requirement.

Step 3. After Installing ONEMONITAR

Note: Points listed below are only applicable after you install ONEMONITAR on the target device. You can see ‘System Settings’ after you successfully purchase & install the app.

If you cannot find any of the below settings at its specified location, you can also use the Search option available in the Settings app to locate it.

    For Android OS 7 and above.

  1. Go to Settings > Device maintenance > Battery > Unmonitored apps > Add System Settings in unmonitored apps list.

  2. For Android OS 8

  3. Go to Settings > Lock screen & security > App permission monitor.
  4. Turn off System Settings.

  5. For Android OS 9 and above.

  6. Go to Settings > Device Care > Click on Battery icon > Click on three dot (top-right corner) > Click on settings.
  7. Turn off the "Notifications", "Adaptive battery", "Put unused app to sleep", "Auto disable unused apps".
  8. Click on Sleeping apps > Check System Settings is not listed there > Turn off the Optimise settings.
  9. Go to Settings > Device Care > Click on Memory icon > Click on three dot (top-right corner) > Click on Apps that aren't checked.
  10. Click on Add button at bottom.
  11. Choose System Settings and then add it.
  12. Go back to Settings > Click on Biometrics and Security > Click on Permission usage monitor > Turn off System Settings.
  13. Go back to Settings > Click on Apps > Click on System Settings > Click on Mobile data > Turn on "Allow background data usage" & "Allow app while Data saver on".
  14. Below settings has to be done for both side call recording on non-rooted device (Android 9 only).

  15. Open Phone dialer from home screen > Click on three dots on the top of the right corner > Click on Settings.
  16. Click on Record calls > Turn off notifications > Turn on Auto record Calls.
  17. Below settings has to be done if your target device is Android Go Edition only and non-rooted.

  18. Go to Settings > Click on Smart Manager > Click on Performance enhancer > Turn off enhance phone performance.

  19. Finally Login in to cloud.onemonitar.com to start monitoring.

    For android version 5 & 6.

  1. Open I manager > Power manager > Excessive background apps > Find System Settings & turn it on*.
  2. Go back to I manager > App manager > Auto start manager > Find System Settings & turn it on*.

  3. For android version 7 & above*.

  4. Go to Settings > Mobile network > look for System Settings and turn it On*.
  5. Go to settings > More settings > Application or Permission management > Auto Start > look for System Settings and turn it On*.
  6. Go to settings > Status bar and notification > Manage notification > I manager > disable allow notification*.
  7. Open i Manager App > Data Monitor > Network management > System Settings > Data network & WLAN > Turn it On.
  8. Again Open i Manager App > Virus scan > click on setting icon > Regular scan reminder > Turn it off (if available)
  9. Go to i manager > permission manager > System Settings > Turn on all permission.

  10. Below settings has to be done for both side call recording on non-rooted device (Android 9 only).

  11. Go to Settings > Click on Phone > Click on Call Recording > Record all calls automatically.

  12. Finally Login in to cloud.onemonitar.com to start monitoring.

  1. Go to Settings > Advanced or System > Tab on recent App management*.
  2. Tap Normal clear to clear task list and cache without clearing background process.
  3. Restart/reboot the device once.

  4. Below settings has to be done for both side call recording on non-rooted device (Android 9 only).

  5. Open Phone dialer from home screen > Click on three dot > Click on Settings > Click on Call Record.
  6. Turn on Call Record > Turn on Call auto-recording > Turn off Auto-recording notification.
  7. Click on Auto-recording range > Select All Calls

  8. Finally Login in to cloud.onemonitar.com to start monitoring.
  1. Go to Settings > Permissions > Autostart*.
  2. Turn on System Settings.
  3. Go To Settings > Permissions > Other Permissions > System Settings*.
  4. Turn On all permissions.
  5. Go to Settings > Battery > Manage apps battery usage*.
  6. Choose Apps > System Settings > No restrictions.
  7. Go back to Battery > Battery usage > Click on Settings icon.
  8. Turn off mobile data when device is locked > Never.
  9. Clear cache when device is locked > Never.
  10. Battery drain notifications > Turn off.
  11. Go to settings> Additional settings > Click on Quick ball > Turn on Quick ball.
  12. Turn Off Move aside when full screen
  13. Turn Off Stick to the edge after 3 second of inactivity.
  14. Again Turn off Quick ball.

  15. Security & Cleaner

  16. Open Security App > Click on settings icon > Boost speed > Lock apps > System Settings > Turn on.
  17. Open Security App > Click on Deep clean icon (top-right corner) > Click on settings icon (top-right corner) > Cleaner > Remind to clean > Turn off.
  18. Open Security App > Click on Deep clean icon (top-right corner) > Click on settings icon (top-right corner) > Cleaner > Update automatically > Turn Off.
  19. Open Security App > Security scan > Auto updates > Turn off.
  20. Below settings has to be done for both side call recording on non-rooted device (Android 9 only).

  21. Open Phone dialer from home screen > Click on Menu button () > Go to Call recordings.
  22. Turn off call recordings notifications.
  23. Turn on Record calls automatically.
  24. And select all numbers.

  25. Finally Login in to cloud.onemonitar.com to start monitoring.
  1. Launch > Manage automatically > Turn off.
  2. Turn on Auto-start, Run in background, Secondary launch.
  3. Settings > Apps & notification > Apps > System Settings > Data usage > Turn all.
  4. Settings > Battery > Settings icon > Special access > All apps > System Settings > Select allow.
  5. Settings > Battery > Settings icon > Keep mobile data on when sleeping > Turn ON

  6. Finally Login in to cloud.onemonitar.com to start monitoring.
  1. Go to Settings > Open auto start manager > System Settings > Turn on.

  2. Finally Login in to cloud.onemonitar.com to start monitoring.
  1. Open phone master > Toolbox > Auto-start management >Turn on System Settings.
  2. Phone Master > Me > Settings > Protected app > Turn on System Settings.

  3. Finally Login in to cloud.onemonitar.com to start monitoring.
